You have an interesting web site. New Mexico has a medical uses law (which can be overridden by federal statute, just like every other state law allowing medical uses). I know that at one time a committee was put in place to set up guidelines for what did and did not constitute medical use, but, at the moment, I do not know how that is all working out. When I get a chance, I’ll try to look into the current status of medical uses in this state.
