What a Difference Six Days Make!
Fledgling Scrub Jay
Remember the awkward little baby scrub jay?
Six days later, it is still in its awkward teen years. It still has baby feathers, but a few more adult feathers. It is a smart little thing. It knows what peanuts are for when it sees them, and, like its parents, may shriek at me if I don’t put out enough peanuts fast enough.
It is really fun watching the babies grow.
